Jillian Shennessy (born 25th November in 1968) is an Canadian actress, singer who made an impact on American television. She's famous for her outstanding performances on the American TV series Law & Order where she captivated audiences for three seasons as prosecutor Claire Kincaid and Crossing Jordan wherein she played the protagonist Jordan Cavanaugh for six seasons. Hennessy has also showcased her talent as an actor through films like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted and independent movies Chutney Popcorn and The Acting Class and The Acting Class, in which she worked on her scriptwriting and co-directing muscles. Her acting career started in 1988 when she and her twin sister were the callgirls in Dead Ringers. She starred in Broadway as a part of the show Buddy The Buddy Holly Story in 1990.
